Overview
LenTennis is a pre-launch SaaS MVP built to solve a deeply human problem in recreational sports: finding a worthy opponent. Targeting Thailand's growing tennis community, the platform connects players by skill level and location, surfaces nearby courts, and enables coaches to organize structured group play — all in one seamless experience.
Challenge
42% of tennis players play less frequently due to a lack of consistent partners. Over 75% of casual players want to play more but have no reliable way to find matches. With 190,000+ players globally searching for partners on matchmaking platforms, the demand was validated — but no localized, community-first solution existed for Thailand.
Scope of Work
Brand Identity & Logo Design
The LenTennis brand was crafted with a bold, sport-first identity. The "VS" logomark immediately communicates competition and rivalry. A strict black-and-white design system was chosen deliberately — raw, high-contrast, and athletic. The condensed, heavy uppercase typography reinforces intensity and urgency, language that speaks directly to competitive players.
UI/UX Design
The landing page was designed around three conversion paths: finding rivals, discovering courts, and sharing availability. A coach-facing section adds a B2B layer, enabling coaches to pair students, organize group classes, and manage community matches. Statistical social proof — displayed in bold typographic callouts — builds immediate credibility. The monochromatic photography direction keeps the visual tone editorial and premium.
Frontend Development
The interface was built using modern React, with performance, responsiveness, and conversion-optimized component structure as core priorities — ensuring a fast, seamless experience across all devices.
