Overview
Synctacle is a pre-launch SaaS MVP designed to eliminate the friction between Airtable's database capabilities and Webflow's CMS infrastructure. The product targets digital agencies and no-code operators who manage complex content pipelines across both platforms — a workflow currently fragmented, manual, and error-prone.
Challenge
No reliable, automated solution existed to maintain real-time bidirectional synchronization between Airtable bases and Webflow CMS collections without custom engineering or costly middleware.
Scope of Work
Brand Identity & Logo Design
The Synctacle brand was built from the ground up. The logomark — a stylized sync icon in deep orange — communicates speed, circularity, and reliability at a glance. A deliberate color system was established: a warm, high-contrast orange primary paired with clean neutrals, projecting confidence without sacrificing approachability. Typography choices reinforce a modern, SaaS-native aesthetic that feels credible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
UI/UX Design
Every page was designed with intention. The landing page follows a clear narrative arc — hook, value proposition, feature breakdown, pricing, and CTA — guiding visitors toward conversion. Feature sections were paired with immersive maritime oil-painting visuals, a deliberate creative direction that sets Synctacle apart from generic SaaS aesthetics and reinforces the brand metaphor of navigation and precision.
Frontend Development
The interface was engineered using modern React, with a focus on performance, scalable component architecture, and pixel-perfect fidelity to the design. Smooth layouts, responsive behavior, and clean UI interactions were prioritized throughout.
A tiered pricing structure (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) was designed to support a scalable go-to-market strategy upon launch.
